Grit and Gratefulness

I read something today that made me smile: "If you're unwilling to take a risk, you'll have to settle for ordinary". (Author unknown)

I've always been a risk taker. Dream big. Work hard. Have a good attitude. Take a chance. Hustle. Grit. Gratefulness. That's is the stuff I live by. It's what I preach and hopefully model for my children.

The tricky part about taking the risk, is knowing that it may not work out. But the truth is, failure is just another way of learning. It's not the end, but another chance.

We're working on a BIG project at Theresa Ory Interiors right now, and I'm asking a lot of my contractors. They're working on a bathroom project they've never seen anything like...and we've spent an entire day failing together. But guess what, we're going to keep trying. And we're going to get it right. And it is going to be everything but ordinary. 😉 I cannot wait to share it with you!
